It's pressure-based and requires that you stick a very thin flat screwdriver or blade into it and pry it off piece by piece. Pry carefully though as the "hold" switch in particular can get stuck as you work your way through the top of the device. At some point you will feel the back coming off.
To get the circuit board off, you're going to need to remove four screws.
